The Weight of Light is a series of video art works investigating the relationship between light, weight and our presence in the world. They are created through a duration distortion technique developed by Rhys Votano in 2013.

Many of the works are created in partnership with performers and designers, allowing their imagination and personality to enhance the concepts.

Apply

Currently I am looking for designer who would be interested in supplying their clothing for a few hours. They should be appropriate for a contemporary performer to move within and create striking imagery.

Imagery is copyright to Rhys Votano and used in galleries and social media. The partners will be credited for their participation.
